Journal's online 'Nail the Interview' game wins national award

The Newspaper Association of America’s New Media Federation has awarded Cox Ohio Publishing a Digital Edge Award for its "Nail The Interview" online advergame.

A cross between a video game and a marketing tool, Nail The Interview takes job seekers through the entire interview process, from selecting the proper resume to answering questions to accepting an offer.

The goal is to ace interviews and get a high-salary job. More than 22,000 individual games have been played since last fall’s launch. In addition, students and instructors at more than 100 high schools, colleges and career centers have played the game and incorporated it into their curriculum.
